All vehicles are pre-owned and may show normal wear consistent with age, mileage, and prior use. Vehicle condition, equipment, features, mileage, and availability should be verified by the buyer prior to purchase.

Arizona’s implied warranty of merchantability applies to qualifying retail used vehicle sales for 15 days or 500 miles after delivery, whichever occurs first, subject to the terms, limitations, exclusions, and remedies provided by A.R.S. § 44-1267. Any additional warranty coverage or optional vehicle service contract will be disclosed separately in writing. Optional extended service contracts may be available for purchase on qualifying vehicles.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure accurate vehicle information, typographical errors or omissions may occur regarding pricing, equipment, options, features, mileage, or availability. Please verify all information with the dealer before purchase.

Advertised price does not include applicable sales tax, title, license, registration fees, or the $499 dealer documentary fee. Financing is subject to lender approval and credit qualification. Emissions testing requirements apply where required by Arizona law. Odometer disclosures will be provided as required by state and federal law.

Buyers are encouraged to inspect and test drive the vehicle prior to purchase. Third-party pre-purchase inspections are welcome.

Due to the nature of pre-owned vehicle sales, all vehicle sales are final. GB Auto Sales does not accept returns or exchanges after a vehicle has been delivered unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to:

• Inspect the vehicle thoroughly before purchase.

• Review the vehicle history report when available.

• Take a test drive.

• Ask any questions before completing the purchase.

Certain vehicles may include a limited dealer warranty or other service contract. Any warranty coverage is separate from and does not change this return policy.
